Volunteer Family Hub Team Leader
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the Volunteer Family Hub, providing a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for the children and families of HIJ volunteers.
Sub Camp Team Leader
Plan, lead and deliver a high-quality Sub Camp experience for all units within an allocated Sub Camp, acting as the primary contact for Unit Leaders and leading the Sub Camp support team.
International Visitor Team Leader
Lead the welcome and support of international participants and volunteers, helping visiting contingents prepare for, travel to and participate fully in HIJ.
Inclusion Support Team Leader
Lead the Inclusion Support Team, helping participants and volunteers with additional needs to access and participate fully in Hampshire International Jamboree.
Welcome & Registration Team Member
Welcomes people to HIJ and completes the practical on-site check-in process when they arrive.

Leads the on-site welcome and check-in operation for participants and adult volunteers arriving at HIJ.
Digital Systems Team Member
Supports the design, configuration, testing and ongoing improvement of the digital systems used by HIJ.

Digital Infrastructure Team Lead
Leads the planning and delivery of HIJ on-site IT infrastructure, devices, connectivity and technical support.

Supports the HIJ bookings service by answering routine queries and helping keep booking records accurate and up to date.

Owns the day-to-day planning and administration of the HIJ booking process, supported by Bookings Team Members.
On Site Brand Team Lead
Responsible for bringing the Hampshire International Jamboree brand to life on site through signage, feather flags, promotional materials and decorative design, creating a consistent, exciting and welcoming event environment.

Take ownership of one or more of Hampshire International Jamboree’s social media channels, developing platform-specific content and strategies that engage audiences and build excitement around the event.

Head of Digital Systems and Infrastructure
To lead the design, development and delivery of the digital systems that underpin HIJ, ensuring our teams have reliable, secure and effective technology to plan, manage and deliver the jamboree.
